Today my abo and I went to a shawarma restaurant and the guy didn't think we were together. It was so funny cuz he seemed so surprised when I told him he's my father. This wasn't the first time it happened either. Even Somali people get surprised when they see my abo, because they assume he's some Arab looking Somali man. But he looks very Somali though. i think it's just because of my lighter skin and my abo is darker and shorter, but he was much lighter when he was younger. I look more like my mom though.

I look identical to my mother the only difference is our height. My mum's is very short and I'm tall. Other than that we both have the same facial features and skin tone ( the only exception is I somehow have different lips than my mum)

I have nine siblings, half are darkskin and the other half are lighties. The darkskins ( such as myself) look exactly like my mother but the lightskins look nothing like the rest of the family ( supposedly they look like my dad- but i dont see it gonna need further confirmation). People wouldnt even believe that me and my lightskin siblings and I were related, we just looked so different.

to be specific, im basically my mothers splitting image but i can see some of my fathers features on me idk i would say im 92%- my mother and 8% my father. i guess we now know who wears the dominant genes in that relationship. kkkkkkkk
