Showing befores and afters kinda defeats the purpose of improving appearance. It's all about looking like you've grown into your face. The best results come about from masking (medical camouflage) or getting rid of features that stand out negatively.

I saw this. I honestly believe she did It because of self hate. Probably got bullied by ajnabis and decided it's time to reduce her forehead.

I don't know anyone who had plastic surgery. It is highly invasive. If you are young, it is meant to make you look older. If you are older, it makes you look highly inflamed to create a rounder/fuller appearance reminiscent of youth. Unless you've had an accident or have a congenital or other health condition adversely impacting your quality of life, I don't see the point of reconstructive surgery.

Plastic surgery tends to homogenize people's looks, making them look like carbon copies. Similar face, body, eyes and so forth.
