I look so Somali that once I was at an Arab airport at immigration and the dude at the desk called over one of his colleagues and said in Arabic 'come over here and help out this Somali guy" even tho my passport was Canadian and he hadn't even opened it yet. just by looking at me, that's how confident he was that I was Somali

I was once in an Airport in Dubai, and I asked this Arab dude who worked at the Airport where I could get my baggage from( It was my first time flying alone at 18) and he was like are u an Ethiopian maid? where is ur employer? I Then showed him my red passport and he was so embarrassed!
