I don't really think there is anything called fair elections, it all seems like a show off to me , only local irrevalent elections might be fair but most of top spots like a president and such are usually rigged.
For example I believe Donald Trump was picked out to be a president and didn't win the election just like G.W.Bush. Do you really think the most powerful country in the world would let a random shady man become a president?
I believe most of the countries elections are fake, same thing will happen in Somalia if one man one vote is actually implemented, so why would we spend millions on census,polls,voter registration and such if the whole thing will be staged.
