I agree with ur comment and the YouTube comment . First if we’re talking about western western industry , it’s very racist and they abuse women who want to be involved in it. But if Somalia was stable with their own entertainment industry I would support it . Also whilst I was in Somalia I literally didn’t hear any foreign music being played , but visual media was foreign bc Somalis don’t provide it on the same level as Bollywood / Turks .

If we had Somali Hollywood it wouldn’t go mainstream because there would be no nudity. We all know what goes on behind closed doors in such foul industries. No, if it was acceptable for Somali women to do all that then we wouldn’t get as much attention as we do now. They would move on to praising the next group of women who come from a similar background.

On a side note, comments like this fuel more enmity and envy towards Somalis. It will trigger many people.
