For me personally nah my hooyos smart with our futures alhamdulillah she is a strong woman allahuma baarik. She lets us do anything without expecting anything in return. All she wants is for us to care for her when she gets old

Why is she covering her face?
Its a trend to pretend as if someone else said that

Sounds like an unhealed person speaking as if she's come to great wisdom. Maybe for her it's a breakthrough but this view isn't balanced whatsoever.

She didn't once acknowledge the struggles her parents faced that allowed her to even become "successful". Once you know more than your parents why not help them with what you learned instead of using it against them. Even then there's no guarantee they'll accept help.

Maybe they didn't have time to work on learning about and healing their traumas. Parents should know better since they're older but that's not always the case. Sometimes they stop maturing emotionally at a young age and that causes them to exist in auto-pilot mode.

But we Muslims shouldn't follow the footsteps of a lost people. Showing gratitude for what Allah told us in the Quran is important.

I’ve noticed a lot of people in general view life through their personal traumas and can’t see past it. I don’t mind it if people have that mindset but it really annoys me when people come with the idea that they’re wise and have “the answer” when you can clearly tell that the person is just broken and views everything through how broken they are.

You’re absolutely right, wisdom doesn’t come from ourselves and we are lost if we’re not guided by Allah SWT. Always remind yourself to be grateful for what Allah has given you, we have to learn how to not just say Alhamdulillah but believe in it with sincerity.

Everyone views reality through the lens of their own experiences, positive or negative. It’s not unique to damaged people, it’s only more apparent
