Her kingdom was indeed praised.
Great leaaders are known to consult their people's on important matters .

When she read Suleiman's letter to them and consulted with them about this news, then she said:

قَالَتْ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلْمَلَؤُاْ أَفْتُونِى فِىٓ أَمْرِى مَا كُنتُ قَاطِعَةً أَمْرًا حَتَّىٰ تَشْهَدُونِ

"O chiefs! Advise me in (this) case of mine. I decide no case till you are present with me.''

meaning, `until you come together and. offer me your advice.'

also wasn’t khadijah ra the ceo and the prophet muhammed saw her employee?
A great misconception.

He was NOT her employee, but a business partner. She would supply the goods and he(saw) would use his business expertise to sell them across the land, and they would share in the profit.

This misconception is spread by people with an agenda to make khadija ra seem like a girl boss fortune 500 ceo, and the prophet as a mere employee who was under khadija's command.

Khadija wasn't a ceo either. Her business didn't function like that of modern corporations.

She inherited her fortune from her previous husband as well.

I've noticed that women tend to shine more as a manager rather than a CEO.
But then again, I've seen some women who are straight hustlers with crazy drive.
Usually they were raised with the boss/winner mentality and they know when/who to listen to peep game.

I read the fatwa on this by mufti taqi uthmani. It's kind of nuanced but basically a women can not be an absolute authority where there is no cabinet/party/government around her but she can become the prime minister for example since they are basically figure heads for a group with no real power of there own. She can't become something like a queen/empress/dictator with absolute authority who answers to no one.

She employed the Prophet s.a.w and he used her money to trade. I have never read your version in my life. Please provide references. Everywhere i've read from the Sealed nector and other books on the Seerah, i've never read that he was a business partner. They make it very clear that she employed agents to trade on her behalf.

Khadijah used to hire managers and traders to run her businesses, but ultimately they used to answer to her.

Having a business is different to rulership in Islam. A woman is obviously well within her rights to run and lead over something that she has built or inherited and cannot be compared to that of ruling a nation. So, i'm confused about the comparisons.

Khadijah invested her money into caravans which she Inherited from her previous wealthy husband. She hired the prophet as her broker/agent who did transactions on her behalf. It's definitely not as sofisticated as how things are done today. While the prophet was her broker he was basically her sole trader it wasn't a massive corporation but nothing was back then in fact most people used to invest in one big caravan and gain money that way in Arabia.

But leadership and trade are two different things altogether and it's very nuanced to just give blanket black or white answers on either side.

Yes. 100%. Women make good leaders. Women leaders are smarter than Male leaders. They tend to focus inward rather than outward. A Male leader always looks at danger outside. Or they are danger themselves, who want to invade others.

Women like peace. Look at history, u will barely find any Female leader who loved war.

Even Queens are better leaders than Kings. Queen Elizabeth I ruled for over 50 years and was called the golden era because education and prosperity thrived.

Ahh you are single, so you are in the dark, wait till you get married, then you see exactly what women are capable of, they are good at some things and bad at others unless they are forced to do it.

Lol your a joker queen Elizabeth was a vile woman so was her predecessor bloody Mary and queen Victoria. By today's standards they are all war criminals.

I believe there is a study that spoke about if women where actually more peaceful then men as leader and women where more irrational and violent in power than men on average.

Edit: found it.

LOL vile??? That is a strong word. Why ? How?

Remember most of Elizabeth advisers were men. So if she went for wars, it was absolutely necessary. She won the Spanish armada great war. LOL

Most importantly in her era England thrived so much that is ushered the enlightened years of amazing progress. Bloody Mary was a brute, and i think mentally insane. I am not saying Elizabeth was not insane herself, but she was good, and loved peace above all,

Britain as a colonial power wouldn't have existed without Elizabeth and of course her advisors are men but at the end of the day she decided to wage war. My point was women aren't any better than men rather they fall more easily to pear pressure like queens generally did when there male advisors told them to do things.
