Depends on the individual not their gender. I know some solid women that don’t brake under pressure. I couldn’t do it though imagine I do something wrong and peoples lives are in jeopardy.

Al-Bukhari reported on the authority of Abi Bakra that he said: Allah has given me the privilege of a word which I heard from the Messenger of Allah during the days of Al-Jamal (the camel), when I was about to join the people of Al-Jamal and fight with them: When the Messenger of Allah heard that the people of Persia had appointed the daughter of Chosroes (Kisra), he said:

In my male dominated line of work, I've only ever had two female bosses. Both were by far the most incompetent and constantly on power trips.

In what manner? Women can have higher leadership roles but not the top dog aka the emir(ah) or the president/prime minister.
That doesn’t apply to being a manager or lead or ceo etc. The men in here are coping.
