Saxib once you make it big, you need to teach your fellow people how to make it big too.

For example, if a faraax makes $1M (a million) a year, he can teach his friends/other somalis how to do the same, or he can make courses or youtube videos on how to do so.

I see this at work. It is very subtle but definitely there. I see a guy that is not fit for a role being encouraged to take it, then fails. Big managers telling young caadan workers that they see them "going far".

I love mentoring people. That is why whenever I see my people at work or anywhere I try my best to put them on game.

It's no good if I'm eating and all my people are gaajo.

The reality is people will always step up and help those that look more like them. Whites & Muslim South Asians practice it a bit less compared to East Asians & Hispanics in my opinion. The black/African community needs to start playing these games too in order to catch up, and be subtle about it!
