Many construction projects are already going on but I believe they don’t consider public safety as important. Does anybody checkup on their electrical installation, cement quality or even the buildings fire resistance?
I don’t even believe the skilled labour they import were taught in accredited colleges/trade schools. They learnt their trade on the job most likely.
