Do somalis have a serious cuqdad issue?

Long term cuqdads are a new thing. Somalis traditionally eat together, marry each other, kill each other, and eventually would forgive each other when blood money or an agreement was reached. It's Somali culture to kill each other sadly but also to move on.

Both japan and Germany got cucked after WW2 and were forced to be allies with their occupiers now both nations are saturated with degeneracy, if thats what you seriously propose is a good model for Somalia then you probably need to reconsider.

The U.S and Japan became allies right after World War 2, despite the U.S nuking Japan twice.

German and Israel were allies as far back as the 1950s, despite Germany slaughtering six million Jews. Today many Israelis visit and live in Germany.

If these groups of different ethnicities can get over historical grievances and work together in peace then what is preventing people of the same ethnicity from doing the same?
