A father should be enough of a role model. If the father is absent by posting up in Tim Hortons all day or just leaving the family then it's a wrap. From what I've seen in my life the good role models are in the masjid but of course the boys that need to be around men like that are out wildin instead of going to the masjid.

since we do not have any in our broken society we usually follow Jãreer (Gang bangers), Dhagocas ( one Ummah ya akhi) and Cadaan ( Atheism).

we are in desperate need of authentic Somali role models.
