There used to be some Yemeni Jews in Xamar back in the day as well the odd Italian Jew.

I don’t think we ever had a Somali Jewish community tho, ask @Apollo or @Shimbiris

I was talking about their roots.

this would make them have Sephardi ancestry, which would mean they aren’t actual Africans like us.

you do have a few of them left in that community though but they just don’t associate with Somalis

Mizrahi roots but Muslim by religion.
