Yes, there’s a few who are very good at it. Qoorqoor himself survived one not too long ago.
How do they carry out the act of assassination? Is it trying shoot or blow up your target?
A lot of the time it’s by explosion. They hide bombs within everyday items like briefcases and such. Qoorqoor survived twice, one time he was fired upon with bullets while his plane was landing, the other time was by car bomb.
