I can usually tell people's subclans if they are not mixed clan or if their reer adeero genes are dominant

Djibouti: very rough and dark skin
Awdal: perfect eyebrows
Gabiley: beady eyes and tiny necks, half Oromo half Aliens, they look like raisins
West Burco: huge big lips like a Congolese
East Burco: lots of face scars
Puntland: they look drowsy
Galmudug: red eyes, very bony
Hiiran: they always look confused
Gedo: shorter than average Somali
Mogadishu: little to no facial hair
Bay/Bakol: submissive, most have soft uncombed hair, they look like they just got out of bed 10 minutes ago,

Northern Somalis tend to be lighter and slightly shorter.
Ofcourse this is not ALWAYS the case but i have noticed that it often is.
Southern Somalis = Tall, slender, darker.
I dont know why people deny this? Yes we are one people but it makes perfect sense that there are some differences based on geography. This is not verifying that Qabiil is a real thing.
Every country has slight differences between people in the North and people in the South. The differences are not great but they are definitely noticeable.

The south has a far lower climate than the north ? People in this thread claiming reer Djibouti is the darkest but when you get in their territory they're the lightest Somali on the peninsula, while it makes logically no sense to even say that.

i think it all depends on the person really. my parents are from the south. while my mom is really light skinned, my dad is dark skinned. me and my siblings come in all kind of different shades from lighter skinned to darker skinned. my moms friends are from djibouti one of them is light skinned while the other is dark skinned. so really there is no such thing as everyone from a certain area being lighter or darker skinned in east africa.
