Do you guys believe that all Somalis, from Borama to Kismaayo, look the same? Like one region doesn't tend to have people with a lighter or darker skin tone or looser or rougher hair texture than another? Do you think all Somali clans look the exact same? I would like to know your guys opinion.

And we're not talking about Bantus or Barwani or Cad Cads. Just ethnic Somalis.

Nah you can tell. Somalis from the south tend to be skinnier and a little darker. Somalis from the ogaden are quite tall as well.

This is so true. Somalis in the North tend to look a bit lighter and chubbier I've noticed.

:what1: horta ma cawaan baad tihiin? Look at the somalis around in your western countries, can you tell which one came from south/north before they speak? :stopit: If we had different looks, we wouldn't have to ask each other yaad tahay.

Obviously there is 0 difference in looks between somalis who have been in the south for generations and those who have been in the north for generations. zero difference.

Whenever I meet a light skin Somali guy, 9/10 times he's from the North wallahi. I don't think there's much differences in looks, but most light skin Somalis are in the North.

I can usually tell people's subclans if they are not mixed clan or if their reer adeero genes are dominant

Djibouti: very rough and dark skin
Awdal: perfect eyebrows
Gabiley: beady eyes and tiny necks, half Oromo half Aliens, they look like raisins
West Burco: huge big lips like a Congolese
East Burco: lots of face scars
Puntland: they look drowsy
Galmudug: red eyes, very bony
Hiiran: they always look confused
Gedo: shorter than average Somali
Mogadishu: little to no facial hair
Bay/Bakol: submissive, most have soft uncombed hair, they look like they just got out of bed 10 minutes ago,

Not really. I know lots of northerners here and they aren't any different from those from the south.
