It's obvious. South East Bantu are the only proxy with a large input of cushitic DNA because they absorbed southern cushites during the Bantu expansion, they also have a nilotic contribution. In other words, they are an admixed group and not like their purer cousins in Cameroon and Congo. Ancestry DNA is flawed since they don't have Horn of Africans as a reference point or nilotes for that matter, while 23andme is more specific and will show you no real Somali has a niger-congo input, which is what is purely Bantu. The nigga looks suspect for an Ogaden, though.

They actually omitted East Africans as a reference group because they have different genetic variants on ancestry.com which make them confusing to study, hence they use West Africans as a baseline for "African". That's why all the Somalis that take this flawed DNA test come up being half South East Bantu, that's the closest thing they could find compared to West African. Stick with 23andMe.
