They wish to be the Dubai of east Africa, but they will never reach it. Djibouti is hotter but i'm not talking soley about temp, the UAE is much better economically, and in terms of business.

Great development. They should milk Ethiopia for all it's got. Eritrea will at some point want to get in on the bonanza like Somaliland is trying to do, so Djibouti has to extract all it can from Ethiopia while there is no competition.

its a weakness they realize and are working on, it takes time but they will build it up over time. they seem very focused and have the right people in the right places. that is massive achievement itself.
