Are they banning all khat, doesn’t iog need his people to be drugged, cause the last time I was there most of the male youth do Khaat, because of the weather it’s nothing really much to do for social activities

That was for foreign consumption probably. English doesn't have to be an official language for it to be used in Somalia for government activities since English is the global lingua franca

Djibouti has threatened to increase port charges paid by Ethiopia, given Ethiopia's current economic situation Abiy has withdrawn the price increases for khat and vegetables proposal.
Minister Shide was sent to Djibouti to deliver the message to IOG.
