It doesn't matter, he was treated disgustingly and not fit to be a leader. Djibouti always treats Somalia as inferior when they are a giant corrupt shithole. They are so hopelessly tribalist that they don't even grant 35% of its people citizenship just for being Isaaq Somali instead of Cisse.

Muse Bixi is a pawn used by both countries to disrespect Somalia. Its used to subtly state to Somalia that you are nothing to us.
Imagine if we invited Afar independant party to Mogadishu?
If all of Somaliland want independence that's up to them but as a person from Waqooyi not all us want another clan state. This is an internal matter.
