Diversity training

I recently had to do some diversity for training for an organisation.

They made a 6ft plus Somali male sit in front of a computer for 1 hour and read/answer questions about how whites people can use their “privilege” to be good to “minorities”.

It all makes felt very strange and almost like you were psychologically affirming the importance of the white people over you.

Nacallah liberals and BLM. They have revolutionised the world in less than years.

Just as you stated do you feel inferior to white males at your work place ? had you had a senior at work when you had passed by the break room when a lot of white people where in there and you pasted by and the room had gotten silent because of that? I person believe BLM havent done anything that would help me out in anyway it actually made it worse. for instance imagine you ahd gotten hired to work as a software dev but you notice " hey im the only black appearing person here". Now did you get hired for skill or was it they just need a token Tolkien Black in the office? 🤔😂

Just finish your training & keep it moving. Be careful around cadaans who champion shit like "diversity trainining" sxb. They're ruthless cut-throat fuckers who are x10 worse than any overt racist. They play little tit-for-tat mind games. They'll act like your biggest supporters but the moment there's the slightest difference of opinion, they'll drag your name through the mud.

There's a fat un-married, childless middle aged c*nt on my project who's always going on about "representation". But it's VERY clear that every conversation with her is about getting some of leverage, probing & setting little traps.

Keep them as far as humanly possible away from your personal business/opinions and hit them with one of these whenever they try to engage you;

You have to question when these so-called civil rights groups are quickly accepted by the establishment, incorporated into the corporate identity ethos, and very mainstream-fitting. BLM and the Woke stuff are not real, only fake, superficial activism that does more harm than good because it grants more legitimacy to root-cause problems. The fact that the leaders of the BLM movement were mingling with celebrities in award shows tells you all you need to know. Black movements in America were co-opted by nefarious ideologies a long time ago that bring nothing to the table than White people reflecting on their privilege, which is not worth much.

This is a good discussion that goes into this topic:

Besides this video, I don't necessarily encourage or discourage the channel itself. Only promote people watching this video. This Glenn Loury guy is one of those people, although he has scholarly credibility and has done some good in the field in combatting issues via his economic background (he is not a total fraud like many public intellectuals, but he has been changing with the times depending where the wind blows (was Republican during the Raegan Era, became more on the Left later which also reflects the political change of Democrat domination, then now during this Trump craze again shifting more right) which is something that one cannot ignore, even if the shift was sincere and not opportunistic as some might assume), the channel itself is funded by Right think tanks that make sure to use Black people for their racial political gain. But the video here is balanced and stimulating for the right reasons.

It’s online. Finished it mate.

A few Cadaans made complaints about me in my previous post and on all three occasions it was not my fault and it was all nonsensical to the point the managers laughed @ the complaint. It was one’s who I thought were “cool” as well. This is in the charity/public service sector, so it’s interesting as they’re the one who have power and access over minority children.

I think Western European work culture is based built on conforming to hierarchies and a passive aggressive subtle type of bullying.

There is a fine line between being confrontational and being flexible/tactical to an extent so it doesn’t harm progression.

Where do you live? uK office culture : more subtle, passive aggressive culture, gaslighting, people with less talent getting promoted ahead of blacks etc……..I think the stats about work place discrimination and promotions do stand up. For sure it exists as the BLM say, what I would question is how does this online training help?

Playing mind games with them is sometimes funny, but is exhausting at the long run.

Yes, climb up the ladder with all the help you can get, and that's excellent, but make sure you are highly skilled in your occupation to the point that they know for a fact they need you more because you're tremendously skilled. Also, make sure that you develop other skills to get a better-paying job in that field. Oh currently, I'm residing in the states.

The trick is to brand your skills in such a way that it carries influence. There are plenty of highly skilled people who are just miskeens that get exploited by less skilled people. People have to make conscious moves within any organization while cultivating knowledge and experience that bring value. Apply yourself the right way is the central point. You can have two equally skilled people but one person can theoretically be way more valuable on the market. It's best to have subtle specializations.

100% this its all fine and dandy to leverage all this shit in your favour but if people think of your skin colour before your experience/skills then you can get replaced at the drop of a hat for someone more diverse (some paraplegic deaf lesbian man in a wheelchair) and have nothing to show for it when you try and find another role.

The one of piece of advice I got from a friend who's in financial services is that there's no such thing as "we're cool" in the workplace. Don't even let your guard down around them, even in social settings sxb.

The best way to get around the passive aggressive shit is just to be robotic with them with anything that doesn't directly relate to work. But I'm currently navagiating the slippery fuckery that is stakeholder management and meetings with directors where dickheads contantly, albeit, subtly try to take credit for you work.
Playing mind games with them is sometimes funny, but is exhausting at the long run.
Nothing makes my dick harder than watching some retard try to subtly be-little you in a meeting, only to watch them fall on their own sword. It's staggering how many people feel the need to throw their shitty ideas around, just so they can look like they're contributing when someone they're trying to impress is in the room. It's the highlight of my week/month :lolbron: :lolbron: :lolbron:
