I used to be on the fence about this but nowadays I think it’s good
In real life whites will consciously freeze out qualified minorities, and will help out their often lesser qualified white friends into lucrative positions.

Diversity quotas are just more honest about their intentions with discrimination, unlike whites that are biased against non-whites who do their shit covertly.

Often times in normal conditions the hard-working black will be disqualified from the job, just because of race. I don't necessarily agree on Diversity quotas but I understand why they do it. If they weren't forced by internal policies they would never hire any minority or invite them as a guest.

They got rid of mandatory standardized math testing for prospective teachers in Ontario because they found black and Latino and Indigenous candidates scored much lower than Asians and whites. This disqualified many of them from becoming teachers and this caused an uproar. Now they can teach math classes.

I want my child to be taught by teachers who are perfect in math, not some nacas who happens to look like them. All parents do. No one cares if it's a white man or a black man. Your skin colour means jack shit. Today's children are much more retarded than the generations before them and I blame diversity quotas. Now genius blacks and genius Latinos and genius Ali Beysteen will be thought of as normal or nacaas despite working hard in life and its not fair to them. Everyone will think they were diversity hires when they are the smartest people in the building. How is it fair to them?
