Diversity and Meritocracy

In my opinion meritocracy is the right way to go and diversity is just a ruse for bleeding hearts people to choose people from various backgrounds just to make themselves feel good, even if such selections often are essentially tokenism in reality @Basra @Periplus

The two are totally different concept. Meritocracy is the modern governing style- humanity having been enlightened and moved away from primitive traditional governing like hereditary aristocracy or royal autocracy.

Diversity is a tool used to promote Minority getting a fair chance for advancement and Not get oppressed by the majority.
