I think if you get the minister of education for Dire Dhabe too curb education into a more somali leaning curriculum maybe we could curb any Oromization among the more vulnerable clans.

They're given the choice of learning in oromiffa, somali or English, or a mix. The current mayor is somali and should be subtly pushing the somalization of the city.
