Technically we are not Hawiye like Abgaal, HG and Murusade who are descended from Hawiye we are part of another group called Hawiye raac means we are allied with them. PL severing ties with the FGS when they provide dog shit is no dooms day scenario. SL(a far more important region) did cut ties with the FGS what difference did that make for us? PL doing it is even less impactful. Why would I ally with the fan boys of AY and the biggest opposers of Banaadir state? Waa cadow, and I don't know about Xawaadle but we Mudulood only sleep well when our enemies have been neutralised.

They(PL) don't pay taxes they are not under Muqdisho, exactly like SL and to top it off they are an obstacle to our state building. An enemy you know is much better than the one hiding in the shadows.

When SL gains ictiraaf their only existential threat would be the Darood who make a significant minority in SL. Isaaq will be the biggest supporter of Hawiye since their nightmare scenario would be an irredentist Daarood leading Somalia. We would gain a life long ally.
