Dilemma, advice needed!

I'm in my early 20s and I am about to finish my bachelor. It wasn't a uni bachelor of 3 years but one that lasts 4 years and is designed for the job market.

Should I go for my masters,1 year(worst case 2) subjects from the uni bachelor I didn't get + 2 years the master itself. So in total?

Are you a postgraduate, pursuing MBA to broaden your career in the near future
if so for financial reasons , yes you can resume , whenever you can , I do not know anything about the universities in the West , but you have completed 3-4 years ofcourse you can get employed with your credentials,
