Did the Prophet see His Lord during the Night of Isra?

Did the Prophet(peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) see His Lord during the Night of Isra?
Allah said in Surah al Najm,

مَا كَذَبَ الْفُؤَادُ مَا رَأَى ١١
أَفَتُمَارُونَهُ عَلَىٰ مَا يَرَىٰ ١٢
وَلَقَدْ رَآهُ نَزْلَةً أُخْرَىٰ ١٣​

 

[Nomadic lord]

I don't think anyone can handle the face of Allah.

 

[Yahya]

No but he was in the lord's presence. We know this because Musa kept sending him back to appeal the amount of prayers we would be tasked to fulfil each day.

Yet some people can't muster the energy to pray the simple 5 prayers a day.
