Did Somaliland steal their flag from the Gambela region in Ethiopia?

I always noticed the almost identical similarities in the two flags. Who actually created the Somaliland flag? So many questions need to be answered. Maybe adeer just saw the Gambela's regional flag and just added the shahadah to it and claimed it as Isaqs new flag.
