There isn’t a global incentive. Only people I ever seen accusing him are a certain community and this documentary lol. not saying he’s like gaddafi I just believe him that the paperwork is fake that’s all. He’s admitted to other things that other leaders at the time didn’t have the guts to. The Italians would have dumped toxic waste with or without his consent.
He was a wealthy businessman prior to his appointment and during. Had far more money than they were offering if it was the price mentioned in that documentary. don’t see any reason for him to take the money for such a situation

I seen hawiyenimo dark age era in 99 as somali australian diaspora no diaspora was there or very small, the whole world turned away, no govt, no courts, no police, no schools only dugsi, no hospital, 1 telephone or TV per degmo in hamar, no street lights, roads destroyed, no sewage, no drainage, no water pipes all loooted. All homes used kerosene lamp, donkeys brought water not piped at all, and dont even get me started on TOILET NO SEWAGE, NO FLUSHING. Dont get me started on clan warlord, checkpoints, baadka everywhere
