Diaspora Af-Somali pronunciation

How can ciyaal Hooyo-ma-taallo pronounce /c/, /x/ and /q/ Somali letters but not /dh/? /dh/ should've been easier as it can be found in the American Accents. You can hear them pronouncing the /dh/ smoothly when speaking English specially those with an American accent but then all of a sudden they start to substitute it with /d/ when they switch to Somali it works there but not here..
They also annoyingly add intrusive -w and -y to any word ending with a vowel mainly the /o/ and /e/ vowels. I heard them saying Qardhow, Bosasow, Galkacyow, Muqdishow etc.
Learning Somali is easy but you've to get rid of your English-you when speaking Somali.
