This guys are so depraved they can't even leave the maskiiin ciyaal who are orphans. Instead they intimidate the owner of the school to sell the land im guessing at below market rate price and they ("police") get a share of the earnings. Considering the current president is a former educator you would think he would take pity on this man and the children but most likely someone in his crooked family is taking a cut from this.
This is beyond crazy, I don't think you will ever see such morally starved and bankrupt people as the elites of the cartel currently known as the FGS and many other names.
