Oh ok. Dhulbahante have the exact same problem. Baharsame guys are the traditional leaders of Dhulbahante and want this respected. They always had this problem even in historical documents done by explorers, where other dhulbahantes were not respecting their grand ruler baharsame and kept infighting constantly. The problems are still apparent till today.

But in all reality 90% of dhulbahante is not baharsame, the majority are ugaaryahan and maxamud garaad in general but their not historically the leaders of dhulbahante. Look at Galayr, that's basically the only leader they have that is nationally known and he is a real duli and anti puntland. Baharsame need to respect the voice of the majority of it's clan, the same boqor of majerten respects the voice and majority of mj clan thru their isimo.
