Yes it is for sale for $505. Reason is it is owned by the banks of Spain, like many other properties that is why properties are dirt
cheap in Spain (due to the recession of 2008) they still haven't recovered from it.

There is many cheap properties in Spain (including the islands such as Canary Islands) the market is over-saturated. Those old people
have homes already. Spanish are like the Italians they are all home owners.
