This famous town has given birth to many famous people like Sheikh Maxamed Umal the most renowned Somali scholar of our century. The town has now a solar light system and town planning implemented by the regional administration.

It’s true Godey is Majority Tolomoge but there is also Aulihan found from there because of Gobolka Afdheer border all the way from Bakool as well. Tolomoges Territory also extends to Gobolka Liibaan.

All of Ogadenia is beautiful but I must say Doollo in particular is something else when it rains
