Despite my sjw coworkers criticizing my dog handling skills as being “oppressive “, the dogs formed of a fan club around me

Not only do the dogs love me, they also respect me. At my job, I’m an autocratic monarchist and run my room with structure and order. My manager and some of my colleagues complain I’m too strict and judgmental about certain dogs. Then they’ll end up getting bitten by the dog I was trying warn them about or trying to break up a fight.

This is one of the techniques I use when correcting a dog when they’re misbehaving or overstimulated & what my colleagues consider abusive : The reason why this works is because the situation of the fingers poking them in certain parts of their body is to emulate how their mum’s nipped them to corrected them.

And yes, a couple of dogs have formed a fan club that follows me everywhere and helps me by checking the hoodlums in my room. The crazy part is that the ones I’m the strictest with, the more they love me. It pisses my manager and her allies off so much.
This is one of them.
