It's common in military schools and any area like jails that heavily segregate gender. Why? How are you going to develop attraction to a gender via your hormones when you only see one gender. Homosexuality is very common in Pakistan, and Afghanistan with boy slaves and dancers. The best way to fix this is to live like normal human beings.
