Depictions of the Ancient Egyptians

The reason why i started this thread is that there seems to be many on the internet who claim to be a fan of ancient egyptian culture but obviously have a problem with their dark brown complexion so they lighten them to an ambiguous milk and tea brown in their fanart. Ofcourse many egyptians were lightskinned hence why many are depicted in the tombs as a yellowish brown( mostly the women which makes sense also considering somali women have a higher rate of lighskinnedness than somalimen)
