Recently the current administration declared only institutions with media licenses can spread the news.
Thus nobody can expose possible corruption without their licenses being revoked.Somalis inherently love autonomy so these measures will further lead to political stagnation.
On the flip side , puntland could implement a china like system. This intense system forces economic and educational growth within the populace.
