Qabilism will be the death of us if it's allowed more time in politics; it was meant for social cohesion, not politics. We need to separate it from politics completely. We need a two-party system, with a set of beliefs, values, and principles that guide the party in various issues, such as the economy, governance, social issues, and international relations.
