Yeah I remember when Hamza wanted to become a Federal MP he had to get approval from Madoobe first. Madoobe rewarded Hamza with the MP seat because of the 2019 elections. Everything must get approved by Madoobe and Hamza doesn’t have any influence in Jubbaland unless given by Sayidka.
