Ignoring whether UAE, America and Ethiopia are pushing for agreement after HSM requested this from them, Deni is in a weak position and needs FGS not to interfere at the least in the next few months where he’ll be focused on severe internal opposition. If there’s ever chance of a deal it’s the next few months.

No chance. QQ doesn’t even control Dhusamareb and LG is weaker than ever, it’ll become obvious when his term is up. These guys are all on their way out in 2024, they can hardly provide support to each other.

Thats why im telling u, dont waste ur time, president sign it knowing it has no constitutional legality and can be reversed, it's just a 'cash cow' 4 them. Even if PL signs a deal favorable to itself, the next SFG govt can over-turn it and say the constitution is unsettled nor has it been ratified by parliament either in region or capital. Even what parliament passes is literally unconstitutional and is toilet paper.

Somalis prefer that climate where leaders can just sign agreements while both sides are not worried it will ever be permanent kkkkk. It works 4 the SFG and PL. Agreements r just ways 4 a cash cow nothing else. Its literally toilet paper.

Well for now ha dhihin, say FOREVER, as long as that 'dastur' says 'ku meel gaar' it's forever in a situation where everything signed has no legal weight and can be overturned, while leader signs toilet paper while enjoying it as a cash cow bonus. If u want agreements to be permanent, u need to get that dastur into OFFICIAL status. Then they can't back-track leader to leader on either side.
