How are you trying to make it about Somaliland?

Look at Puntland on it's own merits. It behaves very similarly to Somaliland while calling itself "Unionist". The real position is Puntland is "Unionist on it's terms otherwise seccessionist". Not saying whether those terms are reasonable or not but that's the real position.

People respect transparency.

The more I think about it. Puntland always talks about Somaliland to mask its position. Instead of saying directly what it is, it will compare itself to Somaliland.
