These are state districts what matters are the 92 province districts because when we have big towns and more clans in Buuloburde degmo you have Adan yabaal as degmo wich is the same size of Moqokori that is under maxaas district

This is a satellite picture. Much much more reliable than anything you have. Biyo Cade looks to be bigger than Adan yabaal itself according to Google earth. They are both bigger than maxaas.
