Is Death misunderstood by science because I think the Adam apple of Men is a mark of how far Adam went before spitting out the apple in the garden and said xaaq tuuf when he saw he made a mistake and hence the Adam apple location must be the spot where it happened.
When U see how ppl die U hear their last breath above the Adam apple as the spirit or soul escapes to Akhiro while the body decays, U surely don't hear them die in other parts of the body on their last breath.
I think Akhirah needs a review as it maybe just reincarnation cause when an individual dies in this world, they died still seeing the external world upon their final moment, so this can't be final day or yowmul qiyaama as all the world must cease to exist together.
