Being native to Africa doesn't mean one is "Black" or "Negro", like for instance the Berbers & Egyptians are native to Africa, but are not Black. As for the genetic make up of Somalis, most do score highly on being mostly Somali ancestrally.

However, the reason why there is huge disparities/variety in looks amongst the Somali population & other Horn Africans is because we're an ancient mix between North Africans & Nilotes. Hence, most will look more Black African & some will only have a Caucasoid phenotype.
