I Remember when Ethiopia almost cancelled their investments on Berbera because the Somaliland administration didn’t fully completed their side of the deal. Djibouti is in competition with Berbera and Bosaso ports. Ogadens will use the ports which they will profit from the most and in return will use those profits to develop their own lands.

I was not responding to you saxib. As for Cagjar he is not nearly as Anti-PL as he is anti-JL/ONLF. He has worked on many occasions with Puntland and welcomed there delegations.

The admin works closely with Puntland and relations will improve even more now that Farmajos gone but no admin whether SL PL or SR is likely to start entire embargos for clan wars.
