That election was only fairer because voters had more choice regarding parties, unlike the current one which the PP will win by 90%+ just like they did in the other regions. The system was pretty much the same, the clan with the most districts and regions wins the most seats.

The region was carved mainly by Somalis choice and direction its not our fault Ogadens settle more districts and regions.
