How did he not have heavy security in his home???

Im surprised a high ranking policemen wasnt carrying a weapon and didn't have armed guards!

Xamar should have a ring of steel like hargeisa when you enter the city you and your vehicle gets searched. Of course al shabaab are in the city as well.

Xamar has heavy security especially when entering the city from roads, no cars can get in without a heavy search. What they need to do is stop and search and confiscate any weapons they find.

To begin with they need to register all weapons.
