Data on Somalia is it all a lie?

    How does world bank, unicef, and etc get data of Somalia’s citizens?Especially the ones in the south? And if one can’t get accurate data but decide to publish the data. That data would be a lie. So, if it’s hard to get accurate data in Somalia
    then would most data published about Somalia be a lie? However, if they got accurate data, how does one get accurate data of Somalia and do proper research there?

    If the data supports my previous biases then its a reliable authentic and objective source, however if it doesnt agree with me, then it is to be rejected.

    Maybe they extrapolate to the population. In statistics a random sample by the law of n large will look like the population
