I would form a pact with the oromo just to back stab them in a critical time for them. Defeat the last standing army and take over Ethiopia with somali rule. Together with the Somali republic take down kenya and boom a quadruple somali state.

Because out of all the ethnic groups in Ethiopa, only one group is pro centralism and that's amhara. They are the most dangerous group, and when they get power, they will slaughter everyone.
